We offer exceptional quality food with a fresh and seasonally evolving menu from local producers, of which every aspect from the design through to the delivery is as environmentally conscious and sustainable as possible.
We list our fish dishes on the board as daily specials to enable us to create dishes with the daily catch ofthe day fresh from the St Helier fish market.
Its spring so we have freshened up. The all new Castle Green has had a light
refurbishment to enhance the warm relaxing welcome it has become renowned
for along with its delicious menu with a mix of old favourites and wonderful
special dishes created where possible from our plethora of Genuine Jersey
produce available to us. The spectacular view will still wow you, some
